Since 1998, Nike-sponsored Performance Camps have successfully taught young athletes how to manage their training, develop their techniques and skills, and maintain a healthy balance between sports, school, friends, and family. The advice from the United Kingdom's top coaches that has helped these youngsters train outside as well as inside the Performance Camps has been compiled to create The Young Athlete's Handbook.
